Brazil’s First Rap & Trap Festival: CENA 2k19
Brazil’s First Trap Event – Pioneering a New Rap Movement
This project marked a historic moment by producing Brazil’s very first Trap event, positioning itself as a pioneering brand in introducing this Rap subgenre to the national scene. Years later, the event became a key reference within the niche, directly influencing the development and growth of the genre across the country.
With the objective
of connecting with a younger audience — especially Generation Z, aged between 13 and 25 — the event filled a significant gap in São Paulo’s music circuit, which had traditionally focused on audiences over 18. By creating a safe, vibrant space for young Trap fans, the project not only sparked a new cultural movement but also helped shape the future of Brazil’s urban music scene.
